Just picked up 6 slabs around $5.50 each St. Louis cut and fresh out of the box from So. Cal. Smart and Final, freeze by date of 8/16 so that pig was walking just a few days ago. Farmer John brand cut nice and square with zero waste. For perspective, whole spares were $3.99 at Ralphs and around $25 per slab.
