House Blessing MOINK Balls

As the Sgt. at Arms of the IMBAS, I just HAD to make MOINK Balls for the house blessing tonight. Since I'm cooking, you know it's going to be Simply Marvelous...Simply Marvelous Sweet & Spicy BBQ Rub that is. Seriously, you've gotta try this stuff. Thanks, Stephan Franklin for the rub and Larry Gaian for the idea of MOINK. They will be served with an Apple/Jalapeno glaze.

They turned out Simply Marvelous. They were attacked before I could glaze them, so the glaze was served on the side. As always, I should have cooked double.

Nope, still can't use it. Never have been able to. Need to get it liked at. So far, it's been a vey expensive dust collector.
