I would say it's cool looking but a little on the Star Trek side.

600 millimeters isn't enough room for you? That's 6/10 of an entire METER!!!

I have seen a cooking demonstration using one of these and they work real well. They are built like a brick shirthouse and are really heavy too.

That's about 23.5 inches. Seems big enough to me.

I think that if I was a rich Dude--that would be OK to put on my deck by my "tropical themed" pool with a waterfall and Playboy bunnies lying around.
Just would need a Dude to run it.

Pretty, but........????????????????????

I am sure it works just fine--having some fun here

It looks like a design students fascination with an Erector set! The Farker stole my side table design!

Doesnt seem to come with a dome lid though. That's kindve a must have in my opinion.

Its from a UK website so it really is a Euro grill.

I cooked 4 chicken boobs and hot dogs on my Weber tonight. Damn I love that thing.

Looks like if IKEA was trying to give Weber a run for its money.

IKEA stores scare me. I was in one once. We were just killing some time in Minneapolis waiting for a flight to come in or something like that, and decided to take a look see. I'm a country boy. Born and raised on the prairie. 50 years living on the prairie. Wide open spaces is where I belong. I didn't like the maze to find your way in, that should have been enough to warn me off. Then the "mouse in a maze" feel I got walking the designated paths made me really nervous. I finally panicked and decided to bail out. Could not find my way out of that damn place. Lets just say that it is safe to say that I will never, ever, set foot in that place again.

No intent at a hijack. Just have strong feelings about IKEA.

You can buy those in the UK, stocked in 'up market' cookware shops.

They come in two sizes, that looks like the smaller of the two.

Last year I chatted to the owner of Steamers and they had both sizes in stock and hadnt sold a single one.

I thought they were style over substance, the grill does roatate off the coals on its horizontal axis and if I remember correctly it can be adjusted for height but I wasnt impressed with vents or ash removal.

EDIT: ...and they don't some with a lid or a cover.

Oh and they were sodding expensive!!!!

I think the burning question that we all want to know is,

Did you get to try the meatballs?
