Golf. Technically we both win :-))
Ground chuck seasoned with Ede's Steak Rub cooked over lump with a generous amount of mesquite chunks. Beef sausage to coexist with the flame. Burgers topped with chopped green chile and a couple slices of Swiss. Served with veggie salad. No flour no sugars were harmed in this cook.
