Just a few recent cooks

Been a pretty busy summer so far , getting the house ready for a wedding and the usual summer things. Had my cousin over who is doing the catering for my wedding and we were going over the menu. So I decided to make him some brisket rubbed with Oakridge carne crosta (usually I use black ops but wanted to try carne crosta for a change)

And finished. Never got a pic sliced but it was tender and juicy. Briskets one of the meats that he's doing for the wedding and after he had mine he was getting a little nervous !!

Thank you everything turned out really good the brisket was from a grocery store that I've never seen brisket for sale before ( it's hard to find brisket were I live for a good price) and I was surprised on how good it was !
