These caught my eye yesterday, they're new to me. Butcher's Son Brats from Johnsonville.

Grilled indirect with a small chunk of pear then finished on the hot side.

These were quite good for an over the counter brat but inly 4 in a pack. The snap on these were spot on.

Never heard or seen them, thanks for the heads up since I live in an area that good Brats are hard to come by.

Nice job!! Got some limited edition johnsonville buffalo blue brats and they were killer good.
