Read there posts to get an idea on how to cook this
Tri Tip scored so I know how to cut it.

Smoked at around 270 givve or take, temp got away a touch.

Hit 125 and I rested it for 15 minutes while I got the fire hot.then seared.

Beautiful cook. Very nicely done. I've never thought of Tri-tip fajitas as you show. Nice idea and great looking salsa. Kudos!
