First try at the BB's. Turned out pretty good. Also wrapped up a couple ears of corn and tossed them on Mrs. Wookie did up some butter peas to round it out.

Nice simple meal.

Man, those ribs look awesome. The color and finish are great. They made a wonderful plate. Butter peas are my favorite green veggie. And nothing beats a good ear of corn.

I used to cook ribs on my gasser all the time before I started smoking. I had a recipe from Southern Living one time that involved stacking 3 racks of ribs on top of each other and rotating them every 45 minutes. I can't remember all the details, except they were really good.

We all have our challenges. Baby backs on the kettle are mine, since I refuse to wrap. I am humbled.
