I have been looking at the two items below and was wondering if any of you guys have experience with the two items. Input and advice is welcomed as always

Never seen or used either of those, but they both look really smart. Both stainless, probably safe bets. Lots of CI options too.

CI is an option but I like the idea of not really having any maintenance on the SS. I do like the bracing and trap on the kettle q as well

Get the one from Ballastic BBQ. Otherwise, Weber offers the heavy duty grate option which has a removable center. They sell a griddle which drops into the hole.

I don't like the little griddle, it's too lightweight. If you want a real griddle, look at the Blackstone 17".

This one has piqued my interest also --> https://www.arteflame.com/product-page/arteflame-weber-style-cooktop

Looks like they added a grill insert now too

I lay a large, rectangular Lodge CI griddle across the top of the kettle.

I don't own one of these, but I've cooked some of their recipes. I like the recipes...

Concept seems pretty good.

I have the Griddle Grate from The Burn Shop and am very happy with it. It is made of 3/16" carbon steel and you care for it just like cast iron. $80 included shipping to my door.
