Doing a BluDawg K.I.S.S. brisket for Father's Day.

This is the third time I've used Dawg's method and I've found it to be pretty much foolproof.

Seasoned with SPOG and smoked with hickory.

Some folks would lynch you for using white BP. Sometimes you just gotta March to the beat of your drum.

Dinner table... Mrsboy made really great Red Beans and Rice, and mashed potatoes (grandson's favorite food is mashed potatoes).

Fine looking. Love seeing the fuel you used. How long did it last?

The fire burned all 6 hours of the cook between 275 & 300. I'd say it was about 3/4 of a full load and would have easily burned another hour.
