Tried a different butt process..

Had to throw together a quick pork butt for my daughters bday party. Used my MES smoker..(I know it's electric don't kill me). I made the rub, scored the meat to try and get some extra burnt coverage. I used some molasses, added the rub and let it go for about 14 hours. Turned out really good actually.
