A couple of weeks ago I did a brisket test for Naturiffic's new X-Salt.

Brisket is exactly what X-Salt was designed for and it worked better than I had hoped.
However in the interest of fully vetting this new product, I decided to test it on a couple of Pork tenderloins.
This is how it went down.

Two pork tenderloins seasoned well with X-Salt (nothing else).

The Weber was set up for indirect heat ( hot, hot, hot). The tenderloins cooked about 30 min before I seared them.

Sliced at 150.

Looks Great John - I would devour that right off the grill.

For those that don't know - These salts / seasonings are top shelf!

Thanks all! I am excited about this one. I can't hardly wait to get it in some Brethren hands for testing and feedback. (Soon!)
