View Full Version : Just A Little Rack Of Ribs

Picked up a small rack of St. Louis cut ribs and smoked them on my BPS drum. Seasoned them with BPS Championship Money Rub. These actually cooked a little to long but they were still really good.

The rib in this pic looks a little dry but they weren't.

Did you wrap? I never seem to get the amount of pullback on the bones, but I never wrap.

I did wrap. I put just a little brown sugar, honey, about a tablespoon or two of apple juice, and a light dusting of granulated garlic and onion. I usually wrap for an hour to an hour and a half or so.

Did you wrap? I never seem to get the amount of pullback on the bones, but I never wrap.

There was also a light drizzle of Blues Hog Championship Blend in the wrap.
