Are you going to eastern Utah? Fruita wood of grand junction, Colorado is five hours east of st George. They're the biggest bbq shop between KC and Vegas. Bert is the owner and he's good people. I don't know if they rent rigs but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask

Yeah... there's a great Motel 6 in St George. Inexpensive, too. They even bug bomb your room just before you get there.

I'm at the opposite side of Utah so I can't help. Whenever I take the family down to st George, I search for a kettle on ksl:

http://www.ksl.com/classifieds/search?category%5B%5D=&subCategory%5B%5D=&keyword=Weber%20grill&zip=&marketType%5B%5D=&miles=25&hasPhotos%5B%5D=&postedTimeFQ%5B%5D=&priceFrom=&priceTo=&sellerType%5B%5D=

KSL is the local CL in Utah. Their classifieds section has made me buy way too many grills/smokers.

Sorry Tony. I talked with Director there and they are closed for renovations from June 19th through August 1st. Somehow this was not on my radar.

I am doing pulled pork and brisket for 60... We are staying at the enstancia resort on the bluffs. They have gasser on sight, I will just cook and freeze at home and reheat there
