The flanken cuts are great grilled quick with a little char...or marinated & used for Korean BBQ.

Grilled oysters topped with parmesan, just the way I like them, melted butter, tabasco and cold beer. I'm good for a bakers dozen. :hungry:

Thanks everyone, I was away and not able to respond.

I made a mix of butter, minced garlic, very fine onion, a couple of mixed spice (slap your Momma, and Johnny's) a little tabasco, and some powdered franks. heated it until the garlic was soft and then let it cool while shucking the oysters.

Onto the heated weber with a couple chunks of mesquite, spooned on the garlic butter mix and topped with Romano and parmesan. Cooked until the butter mix was sizziling and the cheese slightly melted.

Looks and sounds tasty, Dawg. Never did flanken beef ribs, get you
don't have to go all 2 hours on these?
powdered franks.
I'm assuming Frank's hot sauce, not powdered Frankfurters... might be wrong..

Cooked the ribs over direct coal less than 2 minutes per side

Yes powdered Franks hot sauce - I put that chit on everything!
