Ok, so I found 2 chuck roasts in my freezer. Theyre both right at 4 lbs. Im thinking 7 or 8 hours at 250-275. Anybody have a better estimation of cook time? They are rubbed and in the fridge now and Im thinking of starting about 9:30 or so.
