With all the recent posting of Blackstone cooks, I didn't stand a chance. I picked up a 36" version at my local Wally World today and was ready to get to it!

I seasoned it earlier and fired it up for the cheesesteaks. We had some extra skirt steak laying around so I sliced it up, seasoned it and tossed it on next to some onions, peppers, banana peppers and japs. Provolone cheese finished it off in some nice, buttered rolls!

Excited to cook more on this thing and get it dialed in.
