Thinking of taking the plunge on a temp controller for my Vision B kamado. Limited budget, so I have been looking at the IQ110, the PartyQ and the AuberIns PID. Any experience, advice or other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have the IQ110, IQ120 and an old version of the Auber.

I like the digital readout on the Auber. My old Auber quits working in temps under 20 degrees which is a problem for winter cooks in Chicago. I think that they've corrected that, though. I have had problems with the wiring being somewhat fragile.

I like the IQ110 because it is a self-contained unit. Don't think it has the same oomph as the Auber but it keeps my drum going. I don't like that it doesn't have a digital readout. Keeps me wondering what's going on. I like the IQ120 better as it eases my mind.

If I had to pick, I'd go with the IQ120. Between the Auber and IQ110, it depends on how important a digital readout is to you.

If I could ever find a deal on another DigiQ then I will have a IQ110 up for sale haha.

I have both the original version of the PartyQ & the IQ120. I like the IQ120 better. I did not want the IQ 110 because it does not have a digital readout. I like the IQ120's ability to change the fan output.
