View Full Version : Did some pies tonight

Haven't made any pies in several months so thought it was time. 63% HR, room temp bulk rise until doubled, balled and room temp rise again for about 4 hours. Each cooked about 120 seconds on the Blackstone. Not much spring due to lower temps (760) and longer bake time, but they came out pretty good

First one was olive oil, garlic, salt, fresh mozz and sprinkled park/ramano...

Thanks all. I go in spurts it seems...for awhile we had pizza most Friday nights but eventually got burned out with it. Good to make a few...especially liked the olive oil/garlic one
