What's up brethren. Hope yall are having decent weather. Doesn't seem like summer is comming to canada this year. We made some candied bacon in the cold and put a video together to show you how it's done so you can make it at home! Check it out !

I made a batch of it- used a good thick cut bacon. It was ok- but did not hit me in my happy place. I prefer crisp bacon- and this - while good- was decidedly "chewy".

will give it another go- one day.

That is one of those cooks that, while relatively easy, makes people slow down and appreciate what can be done with heat, smoke, and time

Pig candy was the first BBQ type appetizer I ever made way back when. I used to make it a lot but for whatever reason got away from it. This inspires me to bring it back around. It is most definitely some good stuff.
