I'm open for suggestions, I'm using the big weber with the lump banked to one side. BTW I hate mint. :)

Put Some S+P and Rosemary on the lamb, EVOO, medium rare, might stand
those pups on the bone end for a minute as well... I'd start them off the heat..
10 minutes tops for the lamb. Med rare at the most...

no word on the crabs....

Norm one of my favorite ways is lots and lots of minced garlic and teriyaki sauce for a two hour marinade then hot and fast to medium rare.

Mighty fine. I can't wait to see the finished product. My wife would go for the lamb, so mention the method you go with.

As I sit in a clean but low budget hotel eating Brisket in a corn tortillas heated in the microwave. Enjoy your feast.

Butter. Lots of melted butter and you can't go wrong. Salt and pepper too. Yum!

For the lamb I would go with rosemary, minced garlic, salt and pepper. And PLEASE don't over cook it. Crab, is there really such a thing as to much garlic butter?

I'd cook up the lamb t-bones like a steak Norm and personally go with a little oil and S&P. The crab well....you can grill them too if your doing them together. Serve with melted butter and garlic and aromatics of you choice. I usually go into the cupboard and see what will work.
