Finally tryimg S.M. pepper cow and Bog Poppa's cattle prob injection. Also used some cash cow.

Smoked this on the pellet grill. I couldn't believe how good the smell was. Tried one little piece as we had a late lunch and won't be eating dinner because of that.

Probably best chuck roast I think I have done.

Have to say, that looks better than most briskets, great job. I'm going to be trying Peppered Cow on Tuesday on a plate or two of beef short ribs.

I think it was 205. I pulled off when it felt my thermo pop probed tender.

I never had luck pulling chuck roasts. They been tender but never pulled easy so I just slice.

Your chuckie looks really good. It is one of my all time favorite cuts to smoke.
