View Full Version : Tri-Tip On The Kettle

Cooked a tri-tip indirect on the Weber 22. Seasoned it with Oakridge Santa Maria Rub. It ended up going a little further than I wanted it to but it was still very good. The pictures could be better.

One of the best things I've ever cooked on my kettle. Brush mine with olive oil and hit with some Montreal steak seasoning.
Ya done good.

We're huge fans of Oakridge Santa Maria... can even add in some Carne Crosta if you're feeling froggy!
