No pics, camera battery is dead.
This was a tester, anyway.
Had 4 smallish pieces of chicken, S+P,
flour, egg wash, bread crumbs....
a little EVOO on the 1st side -
I thought it would be a mess but NO!
Awesome, nice and juicy, slid them into one of those
diner heatproof dishes, with sauce and mozzeralla,
back onto the grill using a vertical metal diffuser - win!
very perfect, although
I can not discern a taste difference from inside cooking
to outside. 1st tester, this has promise.

sounds good, try yoghurt instead of egg wash one day:thumb:

OK, use yoghurt then bread crumbs?? I frankly was surprised
half of the crust didn't get stuck to the grill.

This sounds fantastic...

I love Chicken Parm... especially CINCHOUSE's... but I love the idea of trying it on the grill.
