I had 2lbs of london broil so I put in 2 grams of cure 1

I am smoking with cherry wood. Started at 100F with 1 top port open for havy smoke until UDS reached 140F (1.5 hours)

Now I am dehydrating with all top ports open and 160F temp...

Will post final picture when done

well let me tell you this is the way to make jerky!

temps got to 175 and melted fat but I think that is fine. It still has a nice chew! awesome flavor.
