Recipe?
1.5lbs ground chuck(4 burgers), onions, mushrooms, bacon, meatchurch gospel rub.
I mixed rub into the burger in a glass bowl and let chill in the fridge while lighting my coals. Press cold beer/soda can into each patty and form around bottom of can to create "bowl". Slight twisting the can helps when removing. Wrap a slice of bacon around each burger. I cooked my onions and mushrooms in a foil pack with seasoning and butter while cooking the burgers. Fill each burger with the onions/mushrooms, top with your favorite cheese. Dress burger with desired condiments and toppings. I used miracle whip, horseradish mustard, spinach, pickles, tomatoe, and avocado. If you google beer can burgers there are many recipes including a breakfast burger. Worth the extra effort I promise!
