I've got a neighbor that stopped me and asked what was a good little patio smoker. He knows I'm into BBQ but I've never really looked at a small smoker like that. For a small smoker I've got a Big Steel Keg and Green Mountain Grill Pellet smoker. He wants an offset or even reverse flow. Any suggestions? Not sure on price, I'm assuming under $500. He said he saw something at Academy Sports he liked. Anyway, help me with some suggestions if you don't mind. Thanks in advance guys

A lot of guys seem to like the Old Country and Okie Joe offsets in that price range but I can't speak to them personally. Maybe others can chime in

Check out the one discussed in this thread. Some Costcos are selling it for $500. Seems to be a really good deal.

I think it would be hard to beat my Old Country Wrangler for a cheap offset. I have the original Wrangler not the Wrangler II.
