Not much more I can say but......Perfection, a work of art in my eyes !!!!..... Way to go Jay and team !!!...

Customized Medium Spicewine with 4th shelf added, rear handle and third set of wheels added for ease transporting up/down trailer ramp, custom logo and paint job (Metallic Steel Blue from 2007 Daimler Chrysler paint series)....

Per Jay..It was a dark, cloudy day so it was not the ideal photo conditions, but I think the pictures are still great. Jay will be crating up the smoker to send off to Chicago later this week to be consolidated as part of the Kingsford event in NYC that this Spicewine will be part of in Mid March. (no new details as of yet).

Besides Jay... Special thanks to Jimmy (smokincraker) for answering a million and one questions about space capacity, maneuveribility, etc...

Vinny, after looking at the pics again and again, I have a question. I really like the idea of the rear handle and extra wheels. Do the four regular wheels lock? How much does that unit weigh?

The Smoker just left my parking lot headed for Chicago. The Production Company that is putting on the show will take it from Chicago to Manhattan for the Good Morning America show and the Today Show. Best part is, they are gonna let Vinny cook!!! How much fun will that be!!

Hang in there Vinny!! It won't be long now!!

Guys - Thanks for all the comments... but Jay deserves the praise, he built it, I just bought it... (PM him since he's too modest)...

Ron - I zoomed in on the pics, it looks like the front wheels are locking but I may be wrong, I don't recall discussing this or not with Jay... As far as weight, I'm not 100% sure... Jay lists the medium on the website at 600#, used to say 450#.. so I'm not certain. I also have the extra rack and extra wheels. You'll get to see it at Salisbury in April, I sent in the application this week.

As far as the show, it will be March 12. Will hopefully have some more details soon as to what the event will be like, who will be there etc.

Thanks again...

Vinny as I said, I got to see it up close the other day. If it cooks half as good as it looks, your going to love it. Except for the wheels, decals and color that looks like the one I am having built and I believe the color will be the chevy orange but I call it Hwy Dept yellow.

Jay thanks for showing the meat on the rack, it helps put things in prespective, I wont crowd it as much, I am sure. Hope your ready to hire more help cause I think your going to do be bussyer than a cranberry murchant soon and I know your already are.
