1# smoked pork 1#ground pork 1#pork Stew meat. Chopped green chile and garlic. 1/2 jar El Bruno's Salsa Rojas seasoning and stir.

Wow if you did not have an armory at the house I might have tried to steal some. Instead I will admire it far out of range, in the safety of my concrete block kitchen. Nice looking meal for sure, the chicharon is the exclamation point!

I know. I need to do an inventory. Started off this year (July I think it was early and purchased thru the End around late September). About 60#. I store them 8-10 per quart bag and usually have a bag at various thaw ready to go. Next year I am buying more Pueblo GC. I saw an ad the other day for Milberger Farms in Pueblo. They have fresh roasted frozen. About 5 mi east on business 50. Neat place. Fresh farmers market/restaurant. I'll be thru there a couple times before next harvest and may pick some up to try. They make custom sausage too. Good stuff.
