Trimmed a packer.The point is almost as large as the flat.Would you fold over????

If it fits on your grill/ pit I would just cook it. Looks good

+1 .... if you can fit it get as much exposure as possible for maximum bark formation lay it out!

Chris AKA bigabyte has a great brisket tutorial He folded his but it was huge and he cooked it on a webber kettle
