Damn, that looks perfect.

I have only done the 4 bones short ribs. Is there a big difference between the two?

I am not sure.I have only done the 3 bone ones like in the picture.

Looks great! Where did you get those plate ribs? I've looked everywhere in desoto county and can't find them for a reasonable price

At Sam's in Southaven.Ring the buzzer,Ask for the short ribs that have not been cut yet.If you ask for plates,they look at you like you have lost your mind.
