Had one more chunk of pork bone in sirloin roast from a couple of weeks ago which I threw into some jerk seasoning before freezing
We had Short Stuff diligently shucking the “gunga” peas for the rice and peas

Into the 18” with some sausage that needed to be cooked

Great looking plate! The "Ganga peas" look similar to crowder peas I had down south. Do you know if they are related? Your pork looks tasty, gonga peas, rice and pork the Jamaican traditional Christmas meal has to have a Red Stripe to make it complete. It all looked delicious!
