We got invited to cook for 60 people...had to start at 4am for a lunch at noon. Cooked pulled pork, pulled chicken, honey bourbon beans and mac-n-cheese.

Was a fabulous event and we were asked back for at least 1 more event annually. Mad reviews about everything, and one of the top breweries stopped by for a taste.....we have more events next year!!!

Some pics of our event

Pics started at 4am, with the flame thrower....nothing like waking up like this, man this is fun!

To be honest, this has to be one of our best cooks ever.

That's another W in the books!

If anybody walked away hungry, they had to work at it.

Your discovery upon RTB is precious.

Thanks!

On the left bone in skin removed thighs, and boneless skinless breasts on the other pan. All cooked with RubbinRight Honey Bourbon Plus rub.

Love the fact that the chicken had a "bark" to it, without skin

Looks like everything worked out well! Here's my question. You don't clean the grates after cooking? You just take a torch to it before cooking? I'm considering getting a weed burner for starting my fires, but I also thought about using it to cheat "cleaning" my grates. I hate taking my giant grates inside and trying to wash them and clean them.

Its easy...Honey, bourbon and spices = great beans  I have tried a bunch of different recipes, and think the Honey and Bourbon is a real nice combo.

Treat them just like cast iron....rinse gently and clean a few times a year deep. I heat them up, quickly scrape and put the food on. If you notice I cook a lot in pans, that makes easy cleanup and moving food around when your cooking a ton.
