View Full Version : Taking the big girl out: a Shirley Fab Black Friday--pic heavy

Had some time to take the Shirley out. I recently installed a winch system which makes taking her out and putting her in much easier.

I smoked up a pork butt and brisket and a few ABTs. Served them up with some leftover thanksgiving sides and a homemade apple pie. Both meats were killer. The flavor just can't be matched by my Kamados.

I should probably get busy and get married soon---a lot of food for one guy haha.

NYET. (That's Russian for Don't farkin do it.)
My wife thinks she tells me where to put my cookers, she leaves, I put them where I want. "TOO much smoke, she says." Close the window.

When you do find the right gal, make sure she doesn't mind tending the fire and wrapping ribs! :cheer2:

As you know, 100% of all divorces started with marriage.

Great cook!!!

I picked my Shirley up last month.........and am marrying a vegematarian!!!!

Even though she doesn't eat it she'll handle it. She's good. Just grill her some veggies or fish and she's happy.

She does love the smell though.

Enjoy your Shirley, although it's hard not to.
