I had a half a pork loin I decided to run on one of my kettles at the last minute. I made up an injection of Teriyaki, soy, ginger, Apple cider, and honey and applied liberally. I dusted all around with some 17th ST Magic Dust, and let her ride for a while indirect, using some Royal Oak Lump. When the therm started probing like butta I lightly glazed with some Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet sauce. I take crappy pics...
