I have $100 that I was given for my b-day with instructions to buy something to use for outdoor cooking.

Other than Naturiffic's Harvest Brine and Gourmet Cooking Salts.... :biggrin1:

What else would you suggest I buy? Hurry though, this hole in my pocket is getting hot.

Don't buy anything consumable like rubs or meat. Buy something that you will have around for a while. Thermapen or a big easy would be perfect. Not sure if under $100 but grill grates would not suck

How about a Kindling Cracker Firewood Kindling Splitter for your stick burner.

Another vote for a Thermapen if you don't already have one. Best tool you will ever own.

Since you already have a Thermapen, this is not a bad idea if you don't have a wireless thermometer.

I also like the idea above about a wireless speaker.

Most boneless beef rib loins (of which ribeyes and prime rib are cut from) come in 10-12 pound packages....and a good price for prime (if you can find it is $10 a pound).

If I had $100 in pocket that's what I would pick up. You can't beat the cut of meat.....wait, I do. May have to do some shopping:mrgreen:
