Little chilly here.

I sold my Kamado big Joe yesterday so the brisket is going on the kettle.

Now I have to decide which Humphrey's smoker I want. It's between the new weekender, the weeble and the battle box.

You can't put your brisket in there, it will freeze.

Turned out pretty good. I have to trim some more fat next time.

I'm assuming you started in the morning, which makes the open Rolling Rock in the first picture even more fantastic. My favorite flavors are brisket and Rolling Rock.

That is a great looking brisket, on a cold day.

Great looking brisket. I hadn't noticed the rolling rock until it was pointed out. Decisions decisions on the Humphrey's. Are you having it shipped or staying local.

I have a friend waiting to hear back about someone he knows selling one. If I go new shipping plays a factor, it seems it will push me over my budget and may have to go another route.
