Going to dry brine some boneless skinless chicken thighs. How long is too long to dry brine? How long is too short?

We recommend 1-2 hours per pound minimum and up to 3 days max.

I did boneless skinless thighs last week, dry brined over night (18 to 20 hours) they were perfectly tender, juicy, succulent after about 60 minutes on the offset running 255 to 275.

what temperature did you bring them up to? I always see different temps recommended.
