Last weekends Brisket is today's Breakfast.

Anybody else put brisket in their eggs? I also got some leftover pulled pork that is going to make some great lunch nachos.

I had smoked pork and eggs for breakfast Thursday am and today. I swear I thought I was the only one.

Here's my breakfast from yesterday. I had one pack of pulled pork in the freezer. Fried potato's added the pulled pork over the potato's until it all was cooked together. Topped with a soft egg and added salsa

I really love diced/hashed potato's with meat thrown on top of it. I'm not much of an egg person now a days. I use to eat an egg sandwich every day before school, before work, which made me burnt out on eggs. Very Rarely like this case I'll fix an egg to go with my meal

Personally I would choose brisket over pulled pork. Your breakfast looks great

I have done that before with pulled pork. Will have to try it with chopped brisket after next brisket cook. Great idea. Also works really well for lunch or dinner when you have to fend for yourself. Quick and easy.

It's breakfast time here. I have pulled pork from last weekend. Y'all are giving me plenty of ideas to consider.

Maybe I'll go get a chuckie or something just to have future options along these same lines.
