Small holiday dinner

Tonight it's Yom Kippur.
So a small meal for the four of us plus one of my sons friend.
I had in mind some strip steaks which we call in the south amrican name sinta.
Sous vide them and the sear.
Three color gnocchi with mustard lemon sauce.
And cowgirl's bread which I can't stop making.
