I am seasons the Chuck with black ops and it will be shredded for nachos during the charger game tomorrow. I tried the spares into st Louis and the year got a treatment of docs and smoking guns hot.. more e to come in a bit the pit is almost ready.

Bones sound good (have a rack of St Louis spares on, myself), but the chuckie nachos sound great. Hope you'll share that adventure come tomorrow.

Sorry no finish pics of the ribs or tri-tip I threw on had company and got side tracked. The pit is the big ok Joe that I put a new stack on and a deflector to help it run better
