Going to make some jerky this weekend. I was going through my spice cabinet and found an unopened bag of Habanero Death Dust. So I thought It would be great for Jerkey. Any thoughts on the best way to incorporate it in the jerkey? Should I mix it with a marinade? Or just dust all the pcs and dehydrate?

Mixing with the marinade would give better dissipation into the meat, but dusting before smoking would give you a separate layer of flavor...

Depends on what you wish to accomplish. Try half/half and see which you like better..
