Chimayo Chile Powder

I recently posted my Hatch Chile Colorado (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=236461) thread, and noted that I was missing the Chimayo Chile Powder. Well, it arrived today, and I hope it tastes as good as it looks...can't wait to make it again.
