About 15 pounds of pork butts and around 8 pounds of chicken on my 22.5" WSM.
I've outgrown this unit. Must. Have. Bigger.

It's such a pain to have to constantly fondle the chicks and butts to keep everybody hot. I think I need a bigger unit to make everybody happy.
A unit as small as this causes nothing but frustration for the chicks, the butts, and myself. The complaining to my wife doesn't make her happy either.

I've heard--If you'll trim the hedges the deck will look bigger. A big deck can make your unit look small. Smoke and mirrors- but more smoke is important.

 You definitely need more grill space for a cook like that! You could always remove your 22" WSM's center section and place one of the cooking grates directly onto the charcoal ring for an improvised, albeit stubby, second 22" grill.

Adams, You get it. ;)

Mac, Now that you mention it.... I keep meaning to build one of those "allthread upper levels" for the WSM.
Never seem to think about it, until I NEED IT, ya know....

I still see a little bit of open space.

I misinterpreted your thread title. But the pick was grate anyway (pun intended).

Your cook looks pretty much just like several of mine did immediately prior to my wife telling me to get a bigger cooker. Then came the LSG IVS. :biggrin1:
