Does anyone have a lower cost solution for replacing the Pitmaster IQ temperature probes? I've already replaced mine once and $19.95 each plus $14.95 shipping is pretty steep for a probe that will wear out in a couple of years.

When you order a probe, we ship it USPS and charge about $3. I'm not sure why you thought it was $15 for shipping, but I don't know where you live. Our replacement probes cost you about $23 (at time of writing), less than a 20 lb. bag of premium charcoal.
