Smoked some Chuck Roast. I wanted to put some pulled beef in the freezer for sandwiches, and some quick Mexican meals. Seasoned the the chuckies with just SPOG,cooked on the Shirley with cherry splits. Did not wrap, wanted some nice bark. Cooking temp.between 275-350. Cooked until when you insert a fork in it, the fork could be twisted with hardly any resistance.
Was pleased with the results.
