View Full Version : Ribs, Sausage, and Ping Pong

Planned on going to the beach yesterday though the weather didn't agree, so I ended up moving my Weber to the garage and smoking some ribs. Had friends over for some ping pong as well. The ribs were cooked at roughly 220 for six hours (4.5 hours without foil and 1.5 hours with foil) over apple wood.
