I wanted to share the pretty TBS I made yesterday (not sure if you can see the color in the pic but trust me it's blue)

while using wood fire. This is not the first time. I've been doing this for a month getting consistent results. It feels good to know what you're doing...

Thanks to the brethren I've learned the difference between white and blue smoke and how to make it. How to use wood and not to fear cooking on open fire. And that you can use a smoker for both direct and indirect cooking. That's not all... I won't bore you but just look at the response I got to my sauce question.

I've made some really nice new friends. And there's another thing cooking which I'll share in good time.

Nice work! I think we all get a good feeling when our cooker is ruining properly. Hard to beat the flavor from an all wood fire.

People with clean smokers make me nervous, yours on the other hand looks well made and just what I'd expect from someone who likes to cook!
