Good afternoon my brothers/sisters in smoke. Quick question. I am picking up 2 boneless pork loins for a cook on Sunday on my UDS. I have decided to try brining them. I plan on serving them sliced with a white wine sauce. I will be using Plowboys Yardbird for the rub. My question to you, does anyone one have a good brine recipe for them? I was maybe thinking something with apple juice? Thank you for any guidance.

I have not heard of the game changer, I will look into that. Well, I ended up going with what I knew. I marinated with Italian dressing and some plowboys yardbird. I also injected with some apple juice. Pulled off the UDS at 140, and rested. Collected the juices to add to a nice white wine sauce. Very juicy and a great cook over all. Now some pron...
