Cholesterol 180. No flour-no sugar-no processed food is key. I'm not 100%-I fail at times-I'm a chipoholic. Love chips all kind. But given time to think- I'm pretty good at it.

Thanks I thought they were cool too. One has green chile powder one has black pepper.
